2023 was a landmark year for HW Fisher, celebrating 90 years in business and five years post-management buyout. This year, we honoured our history and embraced our future. With the end of 2023 approaching, the leadership team wanted to highlight five of our accomplishments:

As part of our firm’s commitment to inclusion, over 80% of our staff have undergone inclusion training this year, creating engagement around our practices and culture as a whole. One of our employees shared that “Inclusivity and diversity is a beautiful thing that should be cherished and not ignored, especially in the workplace.”
Our firmwide charity partnership with the Mix has raised £22,963.99 this past year through fundraising efforts throughout the firm, including our first large fundraiser, the “Tour de Fisher”, in which employees walked, ran, cycled, and swam to cover the same distance as the Tour de France in order to raise money for the Mix.
Our values sit at the heart of what we do and are demonstrated by our people. For this reason, we have recently revised our firm’s values in consultation with our people to obtain their feedback. Find out more here.
We renovated and refurbished our offices with the aim of bringing our team together. Instead of two office buildings along the same road, we brought our team under one roof and created a hub, and communal area to promote community and teamwork.
