An evening at the V&A dedicated to sustainability and the future of food

Is it really all about insects and lab grown meat? Are we about to see underground or high rise urban farms?

Our expert panel will debate what we’ll eat in the future, and how the ways in which food is produced, prepared, enjoyed and disposed of, will change.

Before the panel debate kicks off, enjoy (sustainably sourced) food and drink in the Hintze Gallery and take advantage of a private viewing of the V&A’s FOOD: Bigger than the plate exhibition.
