I am a director at HW Fisher, specialising in transactional services and complex audit.

I deal with all areas of transactional services, with a focus on valuations, financial modelling and financial due diligence.

I am experienced in business valuations and valuations of assets and liabilities (for example, financial instruments or share options for financial reporting purposes). I enjoy financial modelling, building fully integrated, flexible three-way financial forecasts tailored to specific businesses for the purpose of raising finance, inclusion in Information Memorandums and general strategic planning. In addition, I support the HW Fisher directors working on purchaser due diligence and financial investigation on behalf of clients looking to make an acquisition or preparing themselves for sale or investment.

Alongside my corporate finance and transactional services work, I also manage the firm’s more complex or listed audit clients. My clients span a wide range of industries including technology, property and mining.

I strive to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing helpful and timely responses.

I have 10 years of accounting experience and have been at HW Fisher since 2011, training in the audit department before an internal move to corporate finance and transaction services.
