I joined HW Fisher in 2017 as a graduate trainee in the Audit Department and trained and qualified as a member of the ICAEW in 2020.
I subsequently joined the Transactional Services team in 2021 with a dual role in both Transactional Services and Audit, and have since progressed to Assistant Manager.
The focus of my work is largely financial due diligences on behalf of companies seeking to make acquisitions, working across transactions of all sizes and industries with a specific focus on the SME market.
Additionally, I have experience in company valuations which is central to most corporate transactions and is increasingly required for financial reporting purposes, necessary in restructuring and to resolve shareholders disputes.
I have an audit portfolio which ranges from small to large entities and groups, reporting under FRS 102 and IFRS, across a variety of industries including construction and investment property.
