I joined the Transactional Services team at HW Fisher in 2021, after training and qualifying within Audit at my previous firm.

I focus predominantly on financial due diligence, working with companies looking to make acquisitions across the mid-market sector, with transactions ranging from £1m up to £100m. I have experience working across many industry sectors, enabling me to draw on my experiences and apply my knowledge in both a technical and commercial manner. I really enjoy advising clients on strategic acquisitions, to help them achieve their long term goals.

I also focus on company valuations, with experience in valuing companies across the mid-market sector, using a variety of valuation methodologies.
