I deal with all areas of transaction services, including vendor and purchaser due diligence, acting as reporting accountant for companies looking to list on the Standard market of the London Stock Exchange or the Alternative investment Market (AIM) and preparation of business plans or financial forecasts.
I am experienced at business valuation and valuations of assets and liabilities (for example, financial instruments, share options or intangible assets) required for financial reporting purposes.
I am also an approved person under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) where I get involved in the preparation of information memoranda for companies seeking to raise investment.
Alongside my corporate finance work, I also undertake audits of listed companies and those reporting under IFRS or with a corporate finance angle – those looking to list or sell or make acquisitions in future, or those where valuation expertise is required. In particular I act for several companies within the mining and minerals sector.
I joined HW Fisher as a trainee and moved from the audit division to corporate finance three years later, becoming a partner in the firm in 2017.
