Paul Beber is a partner with specialisations in corporate finance and professional practices.
As head of the corporate finance arm of the firm, he advises on a wide range of different transactions including flotations on the Stock Exchange, AIM and PLUS Markets, privatisation of listed companies, corporate disposals and corporate strategy and development.
Paul looks after a wide range of clients across the commercial spectrum. He has a particular interest in professional firms, advising them on organisational and financial development, bringing solutions to the challenges that face the modern professional practice, including succession planning and mediating when problems arise. Additionally Paul has acted as expert witness on share valuations, using his practical as well as specialist experience.
Paul is a member of the firm’s IT committee.
He has written for many business and professional journals on corporate finance and the raising of venture capital for small and medium sized companies.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys outdoor life including travel and photography, and is a keen sports lover. Paul is a real foodie and loves to eat out.
He reads anything and everything and his favourite book is Ulysses by James Joyce. He is a real music buff and loves the opera and visual arts.
