Loan secured: £200,000 from HSBC through CBILS
Approach: Through internal collaboration we were able to identify that the client was in need of financial support and it was passed through to the HWF Business Solutions team. We assisted in providing proforma documents for the client to use in their application. We were also on hand to review and advise throughout the application process and provide further assistance in dealing with any bank queries.
Impact: This business provided garments to the retail sector, which has of course been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The loan will enable the client to keep trading through the quieter periods they are currently experiencing
Client: Limited Company – designs and develops premium jewellery products
Loan secured: £250,000 from HSBC through CBILS
Approach:The client approached HW Fisher for support as the bank was not responding to their requests. Through our previous dealings with the bank we worked to identify another relationship manager and made the introduction to the client. We then worked with the client to produce cash flow and supporting documents to support their application.
Impact: This was a business providing jewellery to the retail sector, which has of course been severely affected by Covid-19 pandemic. This loan will enable the client to continue trading through the quieter periods rather than having to close the business completely.
Client: Limited Company – video-based marketing agency
Loan secured: £220,000 from Santander through CBILS
Approach:This is a relatively new client who was introduced to us specifically to help with obtaining a loan through the government scheme. They were in need of support and advice for the loan application, in addition to recognising they needed a larger firm to deal with their accounting needs. We were able to act swiftly by advising on the loan application and providing the supporting document needed to secure the funding.
Impact: The business now has the working capital needed to keep the business running through Covid-19.
