Michael Davis is the firm’s managing partner and is one of five board partners. He plays a significant role in the overall management of the firm. As well as acting for a large number of businesses, he is also actively involved in internal auditing and risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley work on behalf of UK subsidiaries of quoted American companies, and business recovery and insolvency.

Michael sits on the board of Leading Edge Alliance, a substantial international network of accountancy firms of which we are members. He is also part of the firm’s inward immigration team, advising companies and branches coming to the UK from abroad.
