Paul Beber is a partner with specialisations in corporate finance and professional practices.

As head of  the corporate finance arm of the firm, he advises on a wide range of different transactions including flotations on the Stock Exchange, AIM and PLUS Markets, privatisation of listed companies, corporate disposals and corporate strategy and development.

Paul looks after a wide range of clients across the commercial spectrum. He has a particular interest in professional firms, advising them on organisational and financial development, bringing solutions to the challenges that face the modern professional practice.

Aside from corporate finance activities, Paul is a member of the firm's IT committee.

He has written for many business and professional journals on corporate finance and the raising of venture capital for small and medium sized companies.
