David Birne is a partner within our business recovery and insolvency division. David has 19 years of experience dealing with all forms of corporate insolvency and business recovery work, including taking formal appointments in liquidations, receiverships, voluntary arrangements, administration and bankruptcy. His work also extends to advising lenders and creditors in distressed scenarios providing advice to directors on their options available, asset tracing and turnaround work. David’s particular areas of expertise include on-line retailers, recruitment and training companies, PR companies, manufacturing entities, financial services, and property and construction.
