Graduate recruitment

apply now

At HW Fisher & Company, we’re always on the look out for bright graduates with a spark and desire to succeed. You should have talent, energy, ambition and - above all - flair.

Your personality matters as much as your skills, as our trainees need to be able to communicate and interact well with clients.

We look for candidates with a 2:1 degree and 280 UCAS points, but in exceptional circumstances we are a little flexible on this, e.g. if your application form stands out from the crowd.

While we don’t expect a maths-related degree (we actually advise students to complete a degree they enjoy), we do like candidates who can demonstrate some sort of mathematical ability (a good GCSE, for example).

HW Fisher & Company offers a challenging ACA training scheme, where students are exposed to clients from sectors including property, not-for-profit, media, leisure & hospitality and medical and healthcare to name but a few. This broad range of clients will give you invaluable first-hand experience across all businesses.

We pride ourselves in being an exceptional training firm, where trainees benefit from early responsibility to maximise their potential.

Investment in you

If you obtain a training contract with HW Fisher & Company, we’ll be making a significant investment in you and we plan to make a commitment to ensure your success. We offer financial support for your first attempts at Institute examinations, ensuring that you receive the appropriate study leave and engaging the best tutors from BPP Professional Education.

Studying for the ACA is a challenging and demanding task. The ACA examinations are tough and in order to succeed you need to be dedicated. Our commitment and your willingness to work hard are the formula for success.

Second year ACA student Alex Noake says of his experience:
"HW Fisher & Company demands dedication and commitment, but in return you’ll receive the best possible support throughout your training contract."

Current second year student, Thomas Reay, commented:
"I’ve found working at HW Fisher & Company terrific! At first I found it hard but with all the friendly help from other trainees I’m now razor sharp!"
