Companies and individuals from time to time suffer cash flow problems through no fault of their own and require flexible, informal solutions to see them through the tough times.

We have a track record in negotiating with creditors to restructure a company’s or individual’s debts, notably with HM Revenue & Customs in respect of outstanding VAT, PAYE/NI or self-assessment liabilities.

Such negotiations will usually comprise of agreeing affordable and realistic time to pay arrangements and allow management or individuals to concentrate on what they do best.
