Brian Lindsey is head of the firm's corporate tax department and has a wealth of experience in areas of tax planning, group reorganisations, demergers, mergers and acquisitions, remuneration planning and share options. He also advises on international tax planning including structuring, transfer pricing and controlled foreign companies.

Brian is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
